SEO, social media, nurture campaigns, 30–50% capacity waitlist for RAL homes, transparent reporting.

PRICING:

$5,000/mo retainer; $300–$500/mo ad spend; 15% of first month’s rent for waitlist move-ins.

TERMS:

90-day minimum agreement, 60-day cancellation notice. Waitlist move-ins post-cancellation incur 15% fee if generated by our IP. Leads generated after the 60-day cancellation period will not incur a fee.
